(Washington) --  President Obama is set to visit Philadelphia this evening, speaking to House Democrats as they hold their policy retreat.

The gathering, at a center city Philadelphia hotel, is aimed at laying out Democratic strategies for the next two years in Congress, leading up to the 2016 elections.

Vice President Joe Biden will make an appearance at the retreat tomorrow.

Congressional Republicans held a similar retreat in Hershey earlier this month.
