(Carlisle) -- Capital Area Transit plans to expand service in Carlisle.

It's part of a trial run in the Cumberland County borough.

Two buses will run on the Carlisle Circulator starting next Monday, and stops will be added at the U.S. Army War College, County Public Assistance office, and a food bank.

The CAT service started last May and its been plagued by low ridership.

Federal grants are covering much of the cost.
