(Harrisburg) -- Penn State's Board of Trustees is set to meet tomorrow for a special meeting.

Various media reports indicate the Board could be deciding on hiring a new athletic director.

In a letter to staff and coaches obtained by the newspaper the Centre Daily Times, Penn State President Eric Barron says he's selected a candidate, who is the "first and unanimous choice of the screening committee".

The name of the choice has not been made public.

The conference call for the special meeting is set to start at 11:30 am and will be streamed online at wpsu.org.
