(State College) -- A slow-moving storm has led to flooding and some road closures throughout the region.

The National Weather Service in State College says a flood warning is in effect until 8:00 a.m. for portions of Dauphin, Cumberland, Columbia, Schuylkill, York, Northumberland and Lebanon counties.

Flood-prone parts of the midstate are expected to see two to four inches of rain by the time the storm system leaves the state.
