(Harrisburg) -- Pennsylvania's hottest congressional primary battle is generating millions of dollars in campaign spending and the personal involvement of both Bill and Hillary Clinton.

A final debate is scheduled tonight among the four Democrats vying to succeed Congresswoman Allyson Schwartz in the 13th District, which straddles parts of Philadelphia and Montgomery County.

The candidates are former Congresswoman Marjorie Margolies, state Senator Daylin Leach, state Representative Brendan Boyle and physician Valerie Arkoosh.

Margolies held the seat for one term in the  1990s and cast a key vote for President Clinton's budget plan that increased taxes on the wealthy. She's also Chelsea Clinton's mother-in-law.

Bill Clinton appeared at an April fundraiser for Margolies. Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is appearing at a similar event tomorrow in New York.
