Attack ads fly in gov's race against Democrat

(Harrisburg) -- Four new ads are launching onto TV sets in the governor's race, and three have one thing in common: They attack the presumed Democratic front-runner, Tom Wolf.

The ads released today raise the total to at least five TV attack ads in two weeks against Wolf, the leader of a York-based building products company.

The attack ads are being aired by two competing Democrats, state Treasurer Rob McCord and U.S. Rep. Allyson Schwartz, and by Republican Gov. Tom Corbett.

Wolf's front-runner status is at least partly because his campaign is outspending the others, largely thanks to $10 million he gave his campaign. He borrowed almost half of it from a bank.

Wolf also released a new ad featuring York Mayor Kim Bracey defending him.

Minorities send their children to State College believing that staff would advise them, counsel and be concern, rather then allow race to be a factor.
My granddaughter seek some advise from a instructor, and was told he couldn't help her, her parents paid cash for her tuition. This shouldn't matter, a point needing to be mention. This is an election year, therefore this instructor did not feel it was necessary to try and counsel this minority student. Perhaps the new president can stress how important it is for parent to feel confident, that staff should care about all minorities, know matter who is running for an political office. Thank you
