(Intercourse) -- A century-old Lancaster County grocery store featured in the Harrison Ford movie "Witness" has closed its doors.
The owner of W.L. Zimmerman & Sons says in a letter to customers that she made the "difficult and heart-breaking decision" to shutter the business due to competition.
The shop in Intercourse was featured in several scenes of the 1985 drama about a Philadelphia police detective who hides out with an Amish family.
Tourists would often take pictures on the store's porch, where Ford was filmed using a pay phone.
Owner Kris Shirk says in her letter that "it takes more than nostalgia to keep a business going."
The store opened in 1909 and closed on March 28.
