Live coverage: Governor Corbett's 2014-2015 Pennsylvania state budget address

Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett will be delivering his annual state budget address on Tuesday, February 4 at 11:30 a.m.

Corbett has dropped numerous clues about what he will be presenting during his speech.  Governor Corbett promises $45 million more to state park and state forest improvements and more funding to aid intellectually disabled.

Corbett is also expected to discuss investments in basic education, among other things.
