(Chambersburg) -- Authorities in Franklin County have released the names of three people killed in an interstate crash that also injured five other people over the weekend.

They were in a car heading south on I-81 that was struck by a northbound sport utility vehicle that crossed the median shortly after 3:00 p.m. Sunday in Greene Township.

Their car was then pushed into a third vehicle.

The Franklin County coroner's office says 70-year-old John Reardon of Doylestown and 84-year-old Anna Pecht of Huntingdon Valley were pronounced dead at the scene. Coroner Jeffrey Conner says 84-year-old Adam Pecht of Huntingdon Valley died early Monday at a York hospital.
