(Gettysburg) -- Gettysburg College will be the primary venue for the annual Gettysburg Fest for the next three years.

The college and the festival announced a new three-year partnership today.

It's part of a new format that will feature a condensed, five-day festival showcasing the arts scene in Adams County.

“Our customers wanted an action-packed weekend experience with a centralized festival atmosphere," says Gettysburg Fest executive director, Randy Prasse.

"We’ll be able to deliver that and more with the new format and festival site on campus.”

The 7th annual Gettysburg Fest will take place June 11th - 15th, 2014.
