(Lebanon) -- A suspended attorney has been jailed on charges she robbed a gas station in Lebanon County.

West Cornwall Township police say Kathy Laurino Yeatter stole money from a Sunoco A-Plus Market about 4:30 a.m. today.

Online court records don't list an attorney for the 50-year-old, who lives in Cornwall.

She faces a preliminary hearing November 22nd before a district judge.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court website indicates Yeatter's law license has been suspended, but doesn't say why.

Police say an officer spotted Yeatter's car shortly after the robbery and was able to arrest her without incident.

They say she also has addresses in Florida and New Jersey.

She remained in the Lebanon County Jail unable to post $25,000 bond Tuesday evening.
