(Enola) --  The owners of a landmark Cumberland County restaurant say they'll rebuild after the business was heavily damaged by a fire.

Visaggio's restaurant in Silver Spring Township, earned national acclaim over the years for its Italian cuisine, since it was established in a former barn more than 30 years ago.

The fire broke out in the kitchen area of the family-owned restaurant while it was closed last night.

A banquet hall area was damaged by smoke and water, but not destroyed.

County spokesman John Bruetsch says the former barn that housed the main part of the restaurant was virtually destroyed.

The cause is under investigation.  One firefighter suffered a minor leg injury and two people who lived in apartments that were damaged in the fire were displace, but not hurt.
