Workers began setting up a Hanukkah menorah and bringing in the first of three Christmas trees to the Capitol today.

A 21-foot Douglas fir was put up in front of the Capitol, while a 15-foot fir went up in behind the building.

A third tree, a 20-foot fir, will go up tomorrow inside the Capitol Rotunda and will be lit December 5th. That tree is from Crystal Spring Tree Farm near Lehighton.

Also tomorrow, Governor Corbett will join a Hanukkah celebration in the Capitol and will help light the first candle of the menorah.
