Urban Outfitters plans to add facility in Lancaster County

Urban Outfitters plans a $200 million project to expand its Philadelphia headquarters and add a facility Lancaster County.

The state says the expansion will eventually result in 2,500 new jobs, more than doubling its Pennsylvania workforce.

The company is eligible for tax breaks through the Keystone Opportunity Zone program.

The plan is to expand its facility at the Philadelphia Navy Yard and build an East Coast distribution center in Gap, Lancaster County.
