(Newmanstown) --  Authorities say two people died in an early morning fire in their Lebanon County home.

Chief Scott Wolfe of the Newmanstown Volunteer Fire Company says the blaze was reported shortly before 1:30 a.m. this morning in Millcreek Township.

Coroner Jeffrey Yocum's office says 64-year-old June Long was pronounced dead at the scene.

Sixty-four-year-old Philip Long was flown to Reading Hospital, where officials said he was pronounced dead in the emergency room.

Wolfe says the blaze started in the living room but the cause remains under investigation.
