(Hanover) -- State police say a person was shot while authorities were attempting the serve warrants at a York County home.

Police say troopers and members of a drug task force went to the Hanover home at about 4:45 yesterday afternoon to serve two warrants.

A police spokesman said another person entered the home and ``became combative.'' They said a physical altercation ensued during which the person was shot.

Police said the person was flown to York Hospital, where a condition report wasn't immediately available. The officers involved sustained ``minor to moderate'' injuries.

Police said the two people wanted on warrants were taken into custody. Police and prosecutors are investigating.
