(Somerset) -- A documentary produced by a Somerset County woman about the crash of United Flight 93 on September 11, 2001, is a finalist at an international film festival.

The documentary  "We Were Quiet Once'' is a finalist in the Moondance International Film Festival. The festival is scheduled for September 26 to 29 in Mystic, Connecticut.

Somerset resident 23-year-old Laura Beachy made the film, and it features three area residents: the Reverend Alphonse Masherino, who opened the Flight 93 Chapel, Terry Butler, one of the only eyewitnesses to the crash, and Rick Flick, a first responder at the scene.

Beachy started the film for a class project, but is now seeking broader distribution.
