(Harrisburg) -- Police say a second woman has been arrested in connection with two fires in Harrisburg that displaced more than a dozen people.

Investigators announced Thursday night that 18-year-old Aliah Alli had been arrested and charged with two counts of conspiracy in connection with the fires, which broke out early Monday.

Earlier Thursday, police said they had arrested 18-year-old Alexis Poteat and charged her with two counts of first-degree arson and other counts. Police also say a 13-year-old girl is expected to surrender Friday.

Investigators say the fires were set in vacant homes. The first blaze damaged eight homes, displacing 18 people.

No injuries were reported.

Neighbors had said they believed a group of teens was responsible for the fires.

It wasn't immediately clear if either of the suspects had attorneys.
