(Chambersburg) -- A donor is contributing $3.6 million to help renovate the John Stewart Memorial Library on the campus of Wilson College in Chambersburg.
The school says the money from Marguerite Lenfest of Huntingdon Valley was part of a $12 million project to restore the 1923-era building and replace a 1961 addition with a modern facility.
Lenfest is a 1955 graduate of Wilson College and served for years as a trustee. Wilson decided in January to become fully co-educational.
