Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett will be delivering his annual state budget address on February 5 at 11:30 a.m.
Corbett has dropped numerous clues about what he will be presenting during his speech. His most recent announcement, which is sure to be included Tuesday, was his liquor privatization plan. He plans to sell off state liquor stores and use the proceeds from those sales to fund a grant program reserved for public schools.
Corbett is also expected to discuss the state's pension obligations, the Camelot lottery contract, and transportation infrastructure, among other things.
