(Harrisburg) -- Penn State coach Bill O'Brien is headlining an awards ceremony for high school players in the commonwealth.

The Big Ten Coach of the Year will speak at the third annual Mr. PA Football Awards in Hershey on February 9.

The ceremony honors the best players in two categories, based on school size.

Owen Daniel, a wide receiver from Williams Valley High School in Dauphin County, is in the running for the award in the "small school" division.

Fans, sports journalists and coaches vote for the players.

Balloting is open until February 4.
