MoneyWorks: New year, new tax rules

(Wormleysburg) -- Congress' deal to avert the so-called "fiscal cliff" has brought changes to the tax code that could cost taxpayers and businesses more in 2013.

Lawmakers' actions also have delayed the IRS's ability to accept tax returns from 2012.
