(Wrightsville) -- About 20 students have been taken to hospitals for evaluation after a sport utility vehicle crashed into the back of a school bus in York County.
The crash happened this morning in Lower Windsor Township and involved a bus carrying Eastern York School District students. Police say none of the injuries appear life-threatening.
Yorkana Community Volunteer Fire Company Chief Mark Enders says the motorist appeared to have hit the bus at speed while it was stopped to pick up students. His 17-year-old son and 14-year-old daughter were on board.
The driver of the SUV was also taken to a hospital.
