(Bellefonte) -- A preliminary hearing is scheduled next month for three former Penn State administrators accused of covering up sexual abuse allegations against former assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky.
The Dauphin County Court administrator's office says a Dec. 13 hearing has been scheduled for former athletic director Tim Curley, retired senior vice president Gary Schultz and former president Graham Spanier.
All are charged with perjury, endangering welfare of children, obstructing administration of law, failure to report, and criminal conspiracy.
Officials said the hearing would continue Dec. 14 if necessary.
Sixty-eight-year-old Sandusky is serving a 30- to 60-year prison sentence on convictions on 45 counts of child sex abuse. He maintains that he is innocent.
