Post-Gazette: Spanier to be charged in Sandusky case

(Undated) -- Former Penn State President Graham Spanier is expected to be charged with perjury and obstruction of justice in connection to the Jerry Sandusky scandal.
The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette is reporting on the charges, saying state Attorney General Linda Kelly is likely to make the announcement today.
