witf-fm will feature comprehensive coverage of the national election as well as results from key races in Pennsylvania with reports witf news. Coverage on witf-fm beginning at 8 p.m. and continuing until we have a winner in all races, including president, U.S. Senate, PA Treasurer, PA State Attorney General, PA Auditor General, PA House and PA Senate. Concluding months of comprehensive coverage NPR News has journalists reporting from campaign headquarters and from more than a dozen cities across the country - NPR's extensive coverage of the general election will include reports, exit polls, analysis and reaction. witf reports will air twice and hour.

Reporters from all over Pennsylvania will be filing stories from campaign headquarters of Democratic Senator Bob Casey, Republican challenger Tom Smith, state Attorney General candidates – Republican David Freed and Democrat Kathleen Kane….and others. You can follow in-depth national election results with PBS Newshour on witf-tv with coverage beginning at 8pm and continuing at least through midnight. PBS Newshour senior correspondents Gwen Ifill and Judy Woodruff co-anchor live coverage of election results. Joining them will be syndicated columnist Mark Shields and New York Times columnist David Brooks. Jeffrey Brown will address down-ticket races and national trends with political editor Christina Bellantoni and Stuart Rothenberg of the Rothenberg Political Report.
