(Harrisburg) -- It's a day for farewells in the state House.
In what has become a biennial tradition, departing House members deliver good-bye speeches to their colleagues.
Two of the departees have served more than three decades in the House.
They are Representative Camille ``Bud'' George of Clearfield County, the ranking Democrat on the Environmental Resources and Energy Committee since 1983, and Represenative Richard Geist, the ranking Republican on the Transportation Committee since 1994.
The current General Assembly officially goes out of business on November 30th.
Members of the next Legislature take their oaths in January.
