(Camp Hill) -- Republican State Senator Pat Vance says being a female civil servant was a "curiosity" when she was elected Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds in 1978.
She's just won another term in the 31st Senatorial district in Cumberland and York counties, where she's served since 2005 after a 14-year stint as a state representative.
