(Undated) -- As mega-storm Sandy pummels the region, Lancaster County was bracing to be among the hardest hit.
But Randy Gockley, director of the county's Emergency Management Agency, says a lot of lessons were learned a year ago. "A lot of people in Lancaster County were impacted by the storms in September 2011 and did learn from that. Unless somebody lived under a rock, they knew that this particular storm was coming."
