(Harrisburg) -- Voters may not be required to present photo ID at the polls next month, but they will need to be registered to cast ballots. Today marks the last day Pennsylvanians can sign up to vote in the November sixth election.
Commonwealth Secretary of State Carol Aichele says a number of places are available for voters to fill out the required forms. "A number of state agencies can provide voter registration forms, including the Department of State, Public Welfare, driver's licensing centers, armed forces recruiting centers, county offices, aging offices. Lots of public offices have voter registration forms."
Voters will also need to fill out forms if they wish to change their address or party affiliation.
Forms must be postmarked by today or delivered to county board of elections offices by the close of business this afternoon.
Voters can also download the forms online at votespa.com.
