People who have allergies or sensitivity to coconut could have a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume the product.

The packages were distributed at Turkey Hill Minit Markets in Harrisburg, Lancaster, Lebanon, York, Wilkes-Barre, Scranton, and Philadelphia. They were also distributed to John Herr's Village Market in Millersville, Shady Maple Farm Market in Blue Ball, and Cold Cut Hut in Philadelphia.

Consumers who bought a package of the ice cream produced on September 28, 2012 can return them to the place of purchase for a full refund. They can call Turkey Hill at 1-800-MY-DAIRY (1-800-693-2479) or e-mail Customer Relations at crela@turkeyhill.com for more information.
