Borough of Columbia Mayor declares disaster emergency in anticipation of Hurricane Sandy

Mayor Leo S. Lutz has declared a disaster emergency in the Borough of Columbia, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The declaration authorizes the Borough's Emergency Management Coordinator to coordinate the activities of the emergency response and authorizes officials of the Borough of Columbia to act as necessary to meet the current exigencies of this emergency.
