MoneyWorks: Hershey's new chocolate factory

(Hershey) -- The Hershey Company has unveiled its newest chocolate manufacturing plant in Derry Township, Dauphin County. It says the new facility is an investment in the midstate, and Governor Corbett says he's comfortable using taxpayer money to support the project.
