MoneyWorks: ESGR builds bridge for guard, reserve members and employers

(Undated) -- The high military unemployment rate is showing signs of improvement as the Department of Defense and veterans advocates ramp up efforts to connect service members with employers.  For members of the reserve or national guard, laws exist to protect their jobs while they're deployed, but if they need help, the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, or ESGR, can step in.  As part of witf's MoneyWorks series, Craig Layne talks with Denise Gross, the Pennsylvania chair of the agency about some of the requirements for companies that employ guard or reserve members.
