Penn State's world turned upside down in eight months

(Undated) -- The NCAA has made a point of making an example of Penn State. The university has been, among other things, fined $60 million, banned from postseason play and stripped of scholarships.

In less than a year, Penn State has gone from having the winningest college football coach in history and a team challenging for a Big Ten title to dealing with the harshest sanctions ever handed down by the NCAA.
