(Lancaster) -- While the state's economic picture is improving slowly with a seven-point-six percent unemployment rate, some people have been working to spread the ideas of frugal living. As part of our MoneyWorks series, witf's Craig Layne has the story of one man in Lancaster who's trying to save a little money and teach a lesson to his children.
