MoneyWorks: LIHEAP changes

(Harrisburg) -- A state grant program to help people pay their heating bills is expected to have enough money to handle applications until March. That’s when the demand usually dies down for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program - or LIHEAP. As part of our MoneyWorks series, witf's Craig Layne spoke State Department of Public Welfare spokeswoman Anne Bale. She says the Commonwealth prepared for federal funding cuts that hit the program this year.
