University Park) -- Researchers are often looking for better ways to feed the growing US population. Dr. Stephan Goetz directs the Northeast Regional Center for Rural Development. He's also a professor of agricultural and regional economics at Penn State. As part of our MoneyWorks series, Dr. Goetz talked with witf's Craig Layne about a new project that will study whether locally and regionally produced foods will improve food access and help the economy
