MoneyWorks: Prices(Harrisburg) --  When it comes to the prices consumers pay, their motivations may not always seem rational. People will shell out $1.50 for a bottle of water, when they can drink it for free from the tap. They'll clip coupons to save fifty cents on soap, but neglect to send in a 20 dollar rebate. Eduardo Porter, author of "The Price of Everything," tells witf's Craig Cohen why people pay what they do in this installment of MoneyWorks...
