(Lebanon) -- Major Dick Winters is being remembered today by people around the world. The 92-year-old, whose World War II exploits were made famous in Stephen Ambrose's bestselling book Band of Brothers and the HBO miniseries of the same name, died on January second. News of his passing wasn't released to the public until yesterday. WITF's Tim Lambert talks with Robert Hoffman of Lebanon, who was one of Winters' closest friends.
