They say a picture is worth 1,000 words.  If that’s the case, then I suppose a video is worth….?  When it comes to cooking, there are a lot of video demonstrations that can be found on the internet.  Most, in my estimation, are too long and miss the gist of what the viewer really needs to see to have success in the kitchen.  However, these two videos (how to peel a hard boil egg and how to shuck an ear of corn) are both short, entertaining, and they work.  Most of all, they just plain inspire you to want to get into the kitchen and try it yourself!
