Working on thought processes and your inner self is extremely important to lifestyle change. Healthy habits and thought-processes lead to an "I can do anything" attitude.

    I find when I overcome my desire to succumb to inertia, and instead DO something - whether it be going for a run, or putting away that basket of laundry that's staring at me from the other side of the room, I realize, wow, that was actually pretty easy, and I feel better now.

    Why is it so often hard to remember that?
