Q: At what age do children benefit most from visiting the Please Touch Museum?

A: No. Unlimited carousel rides are included in your ticket price.

Q: Does the Please Touch Museum have a cafeteria or restaurant?

A: Yes. Guests are welcome to purchase their own lunch at the Please Taste Café located within the museum. The Café will be open throughout your museum visit.

From the museum's website: Select from a variety of healthy menu items in our Please Taste Café. From every-day favorites like pizza and hot dogs to chef's specials and seasonally changing items - such as pasta stations, homemade soups, cold and hot sandwiches, salads, snacks and beverages - you're sure to find something to your and your child's liking. Seating, including high chairs, is available to both café customers and visitors.

Q: May we bring food/pack a lunch?

A: Yes. The museum does allow outside food to be brought in to the museum to be eaten at the café. You may also bring your own beverages and snacks for the bus ride.

Q: Will we have access to the bus while at the museum?

A: Access to the bus cannot be guaranteed.  We recommend that you take all items that you may need access to with you into the museum.

Q: What happens if there is inclement weather?

A: Safety is our #1 priority.  Therefore, WITF reserves the right to cancel or postpone the trip if weather conditions make traveling hazardous.

In the event of a cancellation, WITF will notify guests through the information provided for the primary contact person at the time of reservation no later than 6am on January 6, 2018.  WITF will then reschedule a trip to the Please Touch Museum for a future Saturday date and will notify guests of the new date.  (Please note that the Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood: A Grr-ific Exhibit! will be at the Please Touch Museum until January 15, 2018. While WITF cannot guarantee that we can reschedule a cancelled trip for before this exhibit ends, we will make every effort to do so.  If this is not feasible, a future date may be selected during the next temporary exhibit which features PBS's Sid the Science Kid and runs from February 3 until May 6, 2018.)
