Over the years I've grown used to enjoying the foods that my family associates with Christmas - scalloped potatoes, green bean casserole, citrus salad, warm rolls - and I just don't eat the ham. This year my family and I were both looking for some new recipes to try that were a little heavier on the vitamins, and they turned out really great.
New on the menu this year?
The ham and the warm rolls stood nicely alongside the new variety of festive foods, and a good time was had by all.
