From classical concertos to sizzling blues, Robert Bonfiglio plays the harmonica with a skill and panache that has earned him the nickname “the Paganini of the Harmonica”. His upcoming appearance with the York Symphony Orchestra will feature a performance of the haunting Harmonica Concerto of Heitor Villa Lobos. Then he’ll join the orchestra to belt out a medley of Elvis Presley hits. In addition, the concert features the famous Poet and Peasant Overture of Franz von Suppe and one of the Hungarian Rhapsodies of Franz Liszt.
