Seeking a seasoned and dynamic Director of Marketing to increase awareness and advance the image of witf in the region.  Develop and implement Annual Marketing Plans, brand management and community relations. Develop strategies that increase audience, sales/sponsorship and philanthropic results; oversee and monitor organizational communications to ensure consistent and accurate brand messaging; conduct or compile market research; oversee the placement of advertising; manage public and press relations.

Candidate must be experienced in all advertising and promotion activities including social and electronic media.  Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of successful experience in the marketing field is required.
