(Dauphin) -- A Dauphin County man who calls himself "a good government activist" is well known for using outlandish props and stunts to get his message across. Gene Stilp is a native of Pennsylvania and says he's made it his life's work to fight -- peacefully -- for what he believes in. witf's Melanie Herschorn talks with him in the latest entry in our Beyond the Bio series, which profiles those who've made important contributions to the region. Stilp says he moved to the midstate in 1979, right after the Three Mile Island nuclear power plant's Unit 2 meltdown.
