CONTEST RULES
1. Only one ballot per person.
2. Please vote for only those Central PA restaurants you have personally visited.
3. Ballots nominating restaurants in fewer than five categories will be disqualified, but you do not need to vote in every category. Votes for the same restaurant in more than two categories on any one ballot will not be counted.
4. Restaurants that have more than one location must include street address and city, or will not be counted.
5. No fast-food restaurants, national chains and franchises or private clubs will be considered.
6. Central PA magazine reserves the right to disqualify any ballot that does not fully conform to the rules.
7. Email address or phone number necessary to be eligible to win prizes.
